• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create a standard account (13 years with parental consent or through a Schools subscription). We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Langford platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, lesson content, course materials, software, and AI-generated content, is the property of Langford or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to resell, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.
User-submitted content (e.g., community posts, track suggestions) remains your property, but you grant Langford a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds.
• Refunds: we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions.
Langford reserves the right to change pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any pricing changes take effect for existing subscribers.
