We collect information you provide directly to us, such as: • Account information: name, email address, password, and profile details. • Learning data: courses selected, lessons completed, responses, progress, and certificates earned. • Payment information handled by the payment platform used at checkout; we do not store full card details. • Communications and public inquiries: emails, support messages, Business demo requests, Creator programme interest, and feedback. • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited, collected through server logs and consented cookies. We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information through public inquiry forms.

We use the information we collect to: • Provide and improve the Langford platform and learning experience. • Send service, progress, Academy, and preference-controlled communications. • Process payments and manage subscriptions where applicable. • Respond to support messages, Business demo requests, and Creator programme interest. • Monitor and protect the security and integrity of the platform. • Comply with legal obligations. The public website does not load analytics or marketing scripts until the corresponding category is accepted. You can reject non-essential cookies or choose categories through the cookie controls.

Langford operates globally. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/UK data transfers).

The standard Langford platform is intended for users aged 16 and over. Langford for Schools provides an age-appropriate, COPPA and GDPR-compliant environment for younger learners, operated under the supervision of their educational institution. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 outside of the Schools product.
